Affordable custom software with clear pricing. You always know what you are paying for before development starts.

  • Custom Basic Software

    R2,500 once-off

    Once-off fee for your own custom farm management software, based on an individually approved development scope. Payable in full before development begins, after you approve the requirements and project proposal.

    • Initial review and discussion of your software requirements
    • Development of the agreed basic software functionality
    • Initial software configuration and setup
    • Reasonable testing against the approved project specifications before delivery
    • Basic guidance on accessing and starting to use the software
    • An individual software registration and licence arrangement

    Not included: unlimited changes, feature requests, technical support or training; complex third-party integrations; advanced functions outside the approved scope; additional modules; extensive custom development; major upgrades or ongoing feature development.

  • Major Software Add-On

    R699 per approved module

    Add a clearly defined major module when your farm needs more functionality.

    • Additional reporting functions
    • Stock and inventory features
    • Expanded farm records
    • Employee administration tools

    Where the requirement qualifies for the standard add-on price. More complex work may require a separate quotation.

  • Annual Software Registration

    R500 per application per year

    R500 applies to each independently registered software application, not once per customer or farm. The fee covers continued authorised software access, not unlimited support, upgrades, additional modules or development.

    • First R500 payable with the initial approved development fee
    • Each application has its own 12-month licence period
    • Starts from that application's activation date
    • Renewals are invoiced manually

    If annual registration is not renewed, access to that application will be suspended until payment is confirmed and its licence is reactivated. Licence suspension must not delete your farming data or change ownership of that data. Renewals are invoiced manually; no automatic recurring payments are collected.

Starting first-year cost

R3,000

Starting cost for one basic application: development (R2,500) plus its initial Annual Software Registration (R500), excluding optional add-on modules.

Good to know

  • First registration fee

    Each independently registered application requires its own R500 annual registration fee. Its first registration fee is payable together with the initial approved development fee.

  • Annual renewal

    Each application has its own 12-month licence period starting from its activation date. Annual registration is renewed separately for each application.

  • Scope confirmed before payment

    Your development scope, modules and total price are confirmed and approved by you before any payment is requested. Full payment of the approved amount is required before development begins.

  • Complex projects

    Complex projects, integrations or extensive custom requirements may require a separate quotation.

  • Free, no-obligation request

    Submitting a software request is free and does not create a payment obligation.

  • Optional add-ons

    Major add-on modules are optional and charged at R699 per approved module, now or later as your farm grows.
